    • What if the search page gives me an error that says "Your digital product was not found with the information you entered"?

    • What if my Code has the message: "Your digital product is in process, please check back later"?
      This means that your code is still being generated and if there are no issues should be emailed to you shortly. Try back in 10 minutes.
    • What if my Code has the message: "Your order was not valid and has been cancelled."
      This means that your order had some issues during processing. You will receive an email from Samsclub.com confirming the cancellation.
    • What if my Code has the message: "This item has been returned."
      This means that your code was returned. You will receive an email confirming the return from Samsclub.com.
    • What if I used a Sams Club gift card or PayPal account to pay for my purchase?
      You are still required to enter an email address during the order process and would have received an order confirmation number from Samsclub.com when making the purchase. You will enter these details on the Digital Delivery Center website. Your ZIP code will actually be your shipping ZIP code in this case since you didn't enter your billing information.
    • How can I find my Sams Club Order Number?
      You can refer to the email sent from Sams Club or the email with your digital product information sent from samsclub@e-deliverygroup.com to find the Sams Club order confirmation number. Or you can login to your Samsclub.com account and look up your order in your order history.
  • Redemption

    • How do I redeem the value I purchased?
      The email will contain redemption instructions specific to the partner you purchased from. Be sure to save your email with instructions until after the value is credited to your account. You will either receive a Code with instructions on how to apply your purchase in an email or you will be directed to a website to access your purchase.
    • How quickly will I be able to use my virtual purchase?
      You can use the Code immediately after you receive it by following the instructions in your email.

      Access your purchase through the Digital Delivery Center at egift.samsclub.com. Click the Send as Gift button next to the Code you would like to gift. Fill out the required fields (the recipient's email address) and select Send.
    • What if I receive an error that the gift email address is invalid?
      Check that you are sending to the correct email address and that you have filled out the Recipient's Email Address properly. Go to egift.samsclub.com and login to view the gift email address and the date it was last sent. You send the gift again if a correction is required.
    • How can I check that I sent the gift to the correct email address?
      If you return to the website at egift.samsclub.com at a later time and search for your order, you will be able to see the email address and the most recent date the gift was emailed.
